Manufacturer bench figures (Happymodel bench, 6400 KV on a Gemfan 3018 2-blade at 2S (7.4 V), 8000 KV on a 48mm 3-blade at 3S (11.1 V) and the sheet's '11500KV' winding on a 65mm 2-blade at 1S (3.7 V); current steps 0.5-7.2 A, the sheet's throttle column being a PWM value (1531-2200 us) on the first two runs and not a percentage); real-world thrust varies with ESC, battery sag and prop condition.

Thrust-to-weight with this motor

Four Happymodel EX1202.5 motors at 127.8 g max thrust each give 511.2 g: 2:1, the minimum to fly, up to 255.6 g all-up; 4:1 (freestyle) up to 127.8 g; 8:1 (racing) up to 63.9 g.

Where this data comes from

The rows are Happymodel's own 'EX1202.5 Brushless motor Bench data', published as an image (uploads/2020/09/未标题-1.jpg, 1000x853) in the gallery of its EX1202.5 product post on happymodel.cn - the post has no HTML table, which is why this motor was first recorded as having none. Three runs, each with a no-load block at 2 V: '12025-6400KV' (0.19 A, 12690 RPM, measured 6345 KV), '12025-8000KV' (0.3 A, 16260 RPM, 8130 KV) and '12025-11500KV' (0.39 A, 24680 RPM, 11980 KV). Every row reproduces its printed power as Voltage x Current and its printed efficiency as Thrust / Power. The sheet steps current, not throttle, and has no RPM column: its last column is headed 'Throttle' and holds PWM values (1531-2200) on the 6400 and 8000 KV runs, and on the 11500 KV run figures of 13770-32260 that are no throttle and are not labelled RPM, so throttle and RPM are empty on every row. kv_options gains 8000: the post's own block lists 'KV6400 KV8000 KV11000' and rates 6400 and 8000 at 2-3S. The third run is kept at the sheet's '11500KV' label but not added to kv_options, because the post sells an 11000 KV winding rated 1S only and no maker document names an 11500 KV one. max_thrust_g is the 8000 KV run's 127.8 g at 11.1 V. shaft 1.5mm is the post's 'Out Shaft Diameter: Φ1.5mm' (inner 2 mm); the bolt circle is the drawing's base view, 4M2 on Φ9±0.05. The drawing's 14.7±0.1 mm overall length includes the shaft; dimensions_mm keeps the post's Φ15x15 text.
