Manufacturer bench figures (HGLRC bench, 2450 KV at 16 V (4S) and 24 V (6S), 50% and 100% throttle on each of four 3-4in props); real-world thrust varies with ESC, battery sag and prop condition.

Thrust-to-weight with this motor

Four HGLRC SPECTER 1804 motors at 815 g max thrust each give 3260 g: 2:1, the minimum to fly, up to 1630 g all-up; 4:1 (freestyle) up to 815 g; 8:1 (racing) up to 407.5 g.

Where this data comes from

The rows are HGLRC's own 'Efficacy table', published as an image in the description gallery of the motor's product page on hglrc.com - the eighth brand this dataset has read a manufacturer sheet from, and the first whose sheet publishes a per-run MOTOR TEMPERATURE. One template across the whole SPECTER line: columns Prop (inch) / Voltages (V) / Throttle (%) / Load Currency (A) / Pull (g) / Power (W) / Efficiency (g/W) / Temperature (in full throttle load 5's). Two throttle points per prop run, 50% and 100%, no RPM column at all, and the temperature is one figure per voltage block measured after five seconds at full throttle, not per row. The product page is titled for the 3500 KV and carries both windings' tables; both are reproduced, but the 3500 KV is a winding our retail listing does not sell, so its 16 rows carry no max thrust figure here (its peak is 787 g on the GF 4023R*3). THE 3500 KV TABLE'S VOLTAGE COLUMN IS NOT ITS OWN: it prints 16 V and 24 V blocks, the 2450 KV table's layout, but every Power figure in its 16 V block is 12 V x current and every one in its 24 V block is 16 V x current; HGLRC rates the 3500 KV for 3-4S, and its headline 24.5 A / 392 W is the GF 4023R*3 '24 V' 100% row at 16 V. With the printed voltage contradicted by two other columns and the true one never printed, these rows carry no voltage or cell count: each prop's first pair is the lower-voltage run, the second the higher. One cell is also blank: the HQ T76*3 lower-voltage 100% row prints 0.227 g/W where its own 420 g over 184.8 W is 2.27. The spec-block cross-check lands exactly: HGLRC's 18 A and 432 W for this winding are its GF 4023R*3 24 V 100% row, digit for digit. Source defect reproduced as printed: the GF 4024R*2 24 V pair's Power column is 25 V x current (67.5 W at 2.7 A, 347.5 W at 13.9 A) where its Voltages column prints 24; the other fourteen rows are their own printed voltage x current. The HQ D90*3 24 V block is also the one run on either table whose 50% row prints a LOWER efficiency than its own 100% row (1.755 against 1.832 g/W).
