Manufacturer bench figures (T-Motor bench, five props across three KV: T-Motor T7546-3, HQ 5040-6, Gemfan GF7040-3 and Gemfan GF8040-3 at 1300 KV on 6S (25.2 V); T-Motor T6143-3, HQ 5040-6, Gemfan GF7040-3 and Gemfan GF8040-3 at 1500 KV on 6S (25.2 V); T-Motor T6143-3 on 6S (25.2 V), HQ 5040-6 and Gemfan GF7040-3 on 5S (21 V) and Gemfan GF8040-3 on 4S (16.8 V) at 1950 KV; 5 throttle points (20-100% in 20% steps) on each); real-world thrust varies with ESC, battery sag and prop condition.

V2808 vs other 2808 motors on 6S

The same thrust costs different power on different motors. Each line is one maker's own bench series (6S, its own prop), drawn as grams of thrust per watt against thrust, so a higher line makes that thrust for less battery current. Throttle percent is left out on purpose: it means something different on every maker's rig.

Power at 1250 g and 2500 g is read off each maker's curve, straight-line between its two nearest bench points; 2500 g is the highest thrust every motor here reached. Different props and rigs move these curves as much as the motor does, so compare rows on a similar prop. Peak thrust of every 2808 motor: 2808 motors compared. Thrust-to-weight with this motor

Four T-Motor V2808 motors at 3083.4 g max thrust each give 12333.6 g: 2:1, the minimum to fly, up to 6166.8 g all-up; 4:1 (freestyle) up to 3083.4 g; 8:1 (racing) up to 1541.7 g.

Where this data comes from

Bench rows, configuration and dimensions are from T-Motor's own "Test Report", "Specifications" and "Product Drawing" images on tmotorhobby.com/goods-1199.html. Identity with our retail listings is four figures shared to the digit - the 2808 stator, 12N14P, 60.5 g, which is the 1500 KV block's Weight (Incl. Cable), and both KV the retailers sell appearing as Specifications blocks and as report blocks. The block and the report carry a third winding, 1950 KV, which neither RaceDayQuads nor Pyrodrone lists and which T-Motor's own product name does not either - that name, "T-MOTORHOBBY VELOX V2808 Drone Motor", carries no KV at all - so kv_options gains it: 1300 KV is 61.1 g with a 1.19 A idle current at 10 V, 1500 KV 60.5 g and 1.49 A, 1950 KV 61.1 g and 2.45 A, all three 12N14P on a 4 mm shaft with an 18# 250 mm lead. Max thrust is the 1300 KV Gemfan GF8040-3 6S 100% row, 3083.4 g, where the page carried none. The spec-block cross-check lands on all three windings and is a second worked example of the maxima being per column rather than per row: on 1300 KV the block's Max. Power (10s) and Peak Current (10s) are one row (T7546-3 at 100%, 1511.9 W / 62.4 A) and on 1500 KV they are one row too (GF8040-3 at 100%, 1781.7 W / 74.3 A), but on 1950 KV the 1849.3 W is the T6143-3 100% row and the 82.3 A is the GF7040-3 one, two different prop runs. Every figure is printed in full rather than truncated or rounded, unlike the V3115's. All 60 rows pass the efficiency identity - printed thrust / printed power is the printed efficiency on every one - and printed power is voltage x current to within the band the one-decimal columns allow on all 60, with no run carrying an offset (the largest implied k is 0.12 A, on an 80 A row where the voltage column's own rounding allows 0.2 A), so nothing here has the V2208's or the V2306.5's constant. The Voltage column is a test voltage and not a rating: this template has no cell-range column at all, so the sheet adds no per-winding cell counts to argue with our 6S, and the runs themselves are at 25.2 V (6S) on both 1300 and 1500 KV and at 25.2 V, 21 V (5S) or 16.8 V (4S) depending on the prop at 1950 KV. Three source facts recorded rather than repaired. First, the Specifications block gives the Shaft Diameter as 4 mm where the drawing beside it calls out M5 on the threaded prop end, which is what our retailers' 5 mm agrees with - the same two-figure shaft the V2207 V3 block states explicitly as IN 4 mm / OUT 5 mm - so shaft stays 5 mm. Second, the HQ 5040-6 and Gemfan GF7040-3 1300 KV runs both print an efficiency that rises before it falls (2.63 then 2.73, and 3.53 then 3.67, at 20% and 40%), with every row internally consistent; no other run on the sheet does. Third, the eight report images are not in epoch order on the page - the second table tile is 1659077819815061 and the third 1659077819779168 - so a list sorted by filename splices the table in the wrong order, and because every tile boundary falls between a 100% row and a 20% row the seamless-join check cannot catch it; what catches it is the propeller column, whose label sits at the centre of its cell, so an unnamed block at a tile edge belongs to the label three blocks away. Mount is left unpublished for the same reason as on the V3115, V3120, V2208, V2306 V3 and V2207 V3: the drawing dimensions 19 between the top and bottom of the four M3 holes and 19 between the left and right ones, with no diameter symbol, which is a 19 mm bolt circle and a 13.4 mm square, not the 19x19 the mount column holds. Measuring the drawing confirms it - the hole centres span 0.586 of the body circle the same drawing labels o33.4, against the 0.569 a 19 mm bolt circle predicts and the 0.805 a 19x19 square would - and the same sheet prints the symbol on that body diameter while omitting it on the bolt circle, so the symbol's presence is a property of the callout and not of the template. Propeller names are as this sheet prints them (T6143-3, T7546-3, HQ5040-6, GF7040-3, GF8040-3), with the brand prefixed. weight_g is the first-listed winding's Weight (Incl. Cable) from the "V2808 Specifications" block, 61.1 g at 1300 KV (60.5 g at 1500, 61.1 g at 1950 KV), named beside it; re-read 2026-10-20. The page used to show 60.5 g, the 1500 KV figure, with no winding named (owner 2026-10-20).
