Manufacturer bench figures (Happymodel bench, 23000 KV (Gemfan 31mm bi-blade, Gemfan 40mm bi-blade) and 26000 KV (HQPROP 31mm bi-blade, Gemfan 40mm bi-blade) at 1S (3.7 V); 5-7 current steps per run, throttle not published); real-world thrust varies with ESC, battery sag and prop condition.

SE 0702 vs other 0702 motors on 1S

The same thrust costs different power on different motors. Each line is one maker's own bench series (1S, its own prop), drawn as grams of thrust per watt against thrust, so a higher line makes that thrust for less battery current. Throttle percent is left out on purpose: it means something different on every maker's rig.

Power at 10 g and 20 g is read off each maker's curve, straight-line between its two nearest bench points; 20 g is the highest thrust every motor here reached. Different props and rigs move these curves as much as the motor does, so compare rows on a similar prop. Peak thrust of every 0702 motor: 0702 motors compared. How to read a bench table: reading motor bench tables.

Thrust-to-weight with this motor

Four Happymodel SE 0702 motors at 31.4 g max thrust each give 125.6 g: 2:1, the minimum to fly, up to 62.8 g all-up; 4:1 (freestyle) up to 31.4 g; 8:1 (racing) up to 15.7 g.

Where this data comes from

The rows are Happymodel's own bench table, published as an HTML table in the body of its product post on happymodel.cn - the first brand in this dataset whose bench data is markup rather than a photographed sheet, so every figure here is the source's own text. The template is a no-load block (2 V, its current, its speed and the KV that measurement implies) repeated beside a run of Voltage / Current / Thrust / Efficiency / Power rows and the propeller. It steps CURRENT, not throttle, and publishes no per-row RPM, so both those columns are empty here. No spec-block cross-check is possible on this brand: Happymodel's Specifications blocks state no maximum power and no maximum current. Every row reproduces its own printed power as Voltage x Current to within 0.01 W, and its printed efficiency as Thrust / Power. Both of this page's windings are on the one SE0702 post, and each RUN carries its own no-load block rather than each winding: 0.41 A / 46670 RPM (23000 KV, 31mm) and 0.43 A / 46290 RPM (23000 KV, 40mm), 0.35 A / 51070 RPM (26000 KV, 31mm) and 0.54 A / 50540 RPM (26000 KV, 40mm), i.e. measured 23335 / 23145 and 25535 / 25270 KV. Identity with Happymodel's own block is the 7 mm x 2 mm stator, a Ø1 mm shaft, 9N12P, Ø9.5x14 mm, 1S-only and both of this page's KV appearing as its KV options. One source fact recorded rather than repaired: the post states the weight twice and differently - 1.46 g in its opening prose, 1.5 g in its Specifications block - which is exactly where this page's 1.46 g and our separate SE0702 28000 KV page's 1.5 g come from. Happymodel sells one SE0702 in three windings (23000 / 26000 / 28000); this catalogue carries it as two pages, which is a merge question for a human, not something a transcription burst should decide.
