Manufacturer bench figures (6S, HQ 5x4.8x3, 100% throttle, 2100KV; manufacturer payload test at fixed thrust points (300/500/700 g) plus max; 2500KV tested on 4S); real-world thrust varies with ESC, battery sag and prop condition.
RSIII Series 2306 vs other 2306 motors on 6S
The same thrust costs different power on different motors. Each line is one maker's own bench series (6S, its own prop), drawn as grams of thrust per watt against thrust, so a higher line makes that thrust for less battery current. Throttle percent is left out on purpose: it means something different on every maker's rig.

Power at 825 g and 1650 g is read off each maker's curve, straight-line between its two nearest bench points; 1650 g is the highest thrust every motor here reached. Different props and rigs move these curves as much as the motor does, so compare rows on a similar prop. Peak thrust of every 2306 motor: 2306 motors compared. Thrust-to-weight with this motor
Four EMAX RSIII Series 2306 motors at 1980 g max thrust each give 7920 g: 2:1, the minimum to fly, up to 3960 g all-up; 4:1 (freestyle) up to 1980 g; 8:1 (racing) up to 990 g.

Where this data comes from
Weight, body, winding and resistance from EMAX's own Specifications sheet (RSIII2306.png) on the maker's product page, read at full size 2026-10-20: one block per winding, each 12N14P, Φ27.3*32mm, 4 mm bearing shaft, 20#AWG 120 mm lead, internal resistance 68 / 57 / 43 mΩ (1800/2100/2500 KV), weight 27.9 g at 1800 KV, 27.8 g at 2100 KV, 27.7 g at 2500 KV, every one printed "(W/O Silicone Wire)", and the page's infographic repeats the 1800 KV figure "without wires". EMAX prints no weight with the cable, so weight_g keeps the maker's first-listed winding's figure, named on the page as cable excluded, rather than a with-cable figure nobody publishes; the retail listings' 27.9 / 27.8 / 27.7 g split is the three windings, not a disagreement. The drawing gives a Φ16 4-M3 bolt circle (mount_bolt_circle_mm) and an M5 prop thread.
