Manufacturer bench figures (VCI Hobby bench, 2120 KV and 2160 KV at 6S (24 V), 8 throttle points (30-100%) per KV on each of two 5.1in props); real-world thrust varies with ESC, battery sag and prop condition.

Yuki Savage 2207 vs other 2207 motors on 6S

The same thrust costs different power on different motors. Each line is one maker's own bench series (6S, its own prop), drawn as grams of thrust per watt against thrust, so a higher line makes that thrust for less battery current. Throttle percent is left out on purpose: it means something different on every maker's rig.

Power at 875 g and 1750 g is read off each maker's curve, straight-line between its two nearest bench points; 1750 g is the highest thrust every motor here reached. Different props and rigs move these curves as much as the motor does, so compare rows on a similar prop. Peak thrust of every 2207 motor: 2207 motors compared. How to read a bench table: reading motor bench tables.

Thrust-to-weight with this motor

Four VCI HOBBY Yuki Savage 2207 motors at 1849 g max thrust each give 7396 g: 2:1, the minimum to fly, up to 3698 g all-up; 4:1 (freestyle) up to 1849 g; 8:1 (racing) up to 924.5 g.

Where this data comes from

The rows are VCI Hobby's own 'Testing Data' table, published as an image in the Specifications tab of the motor's product page on vcihobby.com. VCI sells and benches this motor in two windings and both tables are here; `kv_options` keeps the 2120 KV our retail source sells, which is this dataset's standing practice - a bench table for a winding we do not stock is published, a kv_options entry for it is not - so max thrust is the 2120 KV's own best, 1849 g on a GF 5129-3; the 2160 KV winding peaks at 1888 g. This product's sheet uses a different template from the SPARK line's: its last column is 'Notes', not a per-run temperature, and it prints the stator and body as '22*L7mm' and '26.4*L31.4mm' with no diameter sign. On the 2120 KV sheet the Power column is NOT exactly 24 V x the current on six of its sixteen rows (21.96 W at 0.91 A, 146.38 at 6.10, 272.69 at 11.36, 418.26 at 17.43, 602.85 at 25.12, 846.27 at 35.26, 1083.72 at 45.16 - each about 23.997 V), while the 2160 KV sheet's is exact; the printed efficiency follows the printed power on every row of both, which is how the two were checked. The 2120 KV panel's 45.16 A / 1083.72 W is its GF 5129-3 100% row; the 2160 KV panel states 46.89 A / 1125.36 W, which is LARGER than either of its own runs reaches (46.51 A and 45.50 A), so that winding's cross-check lands nowhere. Identity with our retail listing is 2120 KV, the 2207 stator, the M5 shaft, 6S and 31 g including cable. max_thrust_g is the sold winding's own best (owner ruling 2026-10-20: it comes from a winding the page sells; rows of other windings stay).
